We are an advertising service for Advertisers and an accommodation search facility for Holidaymakers. We do not own, control or provide content on any of the properties advertised on our site. The Advertiser will be responsible for ensuring that the Advertiser has all necessary rights, licenses and authorizations to rent the property.
We have absolutely no involvement in the booking process or transaction, except for advertisements that allow online booking where we may act as an intermediary to facilitate payments to enable transactions between Advertiser and Holidaymaker. We make no claims as to the quality, safety or legality of any of the properties advertised. Nor can we verify the accuracy of advertisements or their content. It is the Advertiser's sole responsibility to qualify to rent the property and it is the Holidaymaker's sole responsibility to pay the rental fee.
Material on our site
All copyrights, database rights, trademarks and design rights in our site and the material published on it belong to us, our licensors or Advertisers.
You may download material from our site for the sole purpose of using our site, but you must not copy, transmit, modify, republish, save, transfer or link to any content or material on our site without our prior written consent.

We may provide you with an online payment platform that allows you to pay Advertisers online via PayPal, credit card or other payment options. We may, in our sole discretion, modify or withdraw this platform at any time without notice.
Although we may provide the technical platform to enable such payments, we are not responsible for the payment solutions themselves and are still not a party to the contract between you and the Advertiser. In particular, we are not responsible for PayPal's or any other provider's decision to decline your payment based on their assessment of the risk to you or the transaction in question. You will not hold us liable for any loss you suffer as a result of making an online payment to an Advertiser. If you need customer support regarding online payment, you should contact PayPal or your bank or credit card provider (as applicable).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your use of our online payment. This Advertiser Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the courts of the United States of America shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or relating to a visit to our site (although we reserve the right to bring an action against you for breach).
