It is the Advertiser's sole responsibility to qualify to rent the property and it is the Holidaymaker's sole responsibility to pay the rental fee.

Although we may provide the technical platform to enable such payments, we are not responsible for the payment solutions themselves and are still not a party to the contract between you and the Advertiser. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all claims, actions, suits, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your use of our online payment.
